My Feelings Journal; Mental Health
This is a mental health resource that is designed to allow people to keep track of how they are feeling through the week. The journal has two pages for each day, one for the morning and one of the evening to reflect on the day. It also contains a self-help page with different coping techniques, a doodle page and a week in summary page. It is plant themed too and is very minimalistic. It is in A4 format so is perfect to add in to a folder for children to either keep in school and to complete during the school day or for care givers to keep at home. This resource was designed to be used for schools but can be used in other settings too.
There are more mental health resources available on my shop too such as posters and other diaries and tasks.
Mental Health Poster Coping Techniques
A coping strategy poster with different techniques for different needs. It contains breathing and physical techniques to help when emotions get too overwhelming. It is brightly coloured and has easy step by step guidance to follow for each technique. Mental health is an ever rising issue amongst young people and this poster can be placed around the building to help those who may need it. It is also handy for staff members to have access to, as it gives quick tips on how to calm down young people during times where their emotions become too overwhelming.
